Privacy

  • No analytics or advertising cookies. The site does not track visitors. After a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on frequent searching or opening many company pages, a technical cookie remembers for a short time that the check was passed.
  • Customer account. If you create an account, we process your e-mail, password (hashed only), name, company details and subscription details to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A technical cookie keeps you signed in and is used only in the Account area. You can delete the account at any time in the profile settings; this erases the account's personal data. Invoices are kept for the period the accounting law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we process your name, e-mail, company if given and the message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Handled messages are deleted after one year at the latest. We do not store your IP address, only a one-way fingerprint of it to prevent flooding.
  • Operations and security. The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes IP addresses and technical request data for security and abuse protection (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Request log. We record the type of request, its time and the response. The search text and the IP address are not stored in this log.
  • Company data. We show data about legal entities only. Data about natural persons (sole traders, directors, beneficial owners) is not shown.
  • Objections and questions. If you believe the site contains your personal data, contact us below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
