Terms of use

Karpata shows data about legal entities from public registers. By using the site you agree to these terms.

  1. Information only. The data is not an official register extract and does not replace one. Verify it in the relevant register before a legal or business decision. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for damage caused by using the data.
  2. Sources and licences. Every record shows its source, licence and retrieval date. The source data is subject to its publishers' licences (e.g. CC BY 4.0), which also apply to you.
  3. No bulk downloading. Automated downloading, copying or other systematic extraction of the site's content (scraping, bots, bulk queries) and building a database from it are prohibited. Bulk and automated use is available through our API under separate terms.
  4. Database right. The selection, arrangement and processing of the data are protected as a database (Directive 96/9/EC). A substantial part of the database may not be extracted or re-used without our consent.
  5. Purpose. Do not use the data for unsolicited commercial messages, profiling of natural persons or any other unlawful purpose.
  6. Changes. We may change these terms; the version published on this page applies.
